304 / 304L Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing

304 and 304L grades of austenitic stainless steel are the most versatile and commonly used stainless steels. 304 and 304L stainless steels are variations of the 18 percent chromium – 8 percent nickel austenitic alloy. They exhibit excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments.

316 / 316L Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing

316/316L stainless steel is one of the more popular stainless alloys. Grades 316 and 316L stainless steel were developed to offer improved corrosion resistance compared to alloy 304/L. The increased performance of this austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel makes it better suited for environments rich in salt air and chloride .Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade, second in overall volume production to 304 amongst the austenitic stainless steels

Ultra High Pressure Tube(Hydrogen)

Hydrogen pipeline materials should be HR31603 or other materials that have been tested to confirm good hydrogen compatibility. When selecting austenitic stainless steel material, its nickel content should be greater than 12% and the nickel equivalent should not be less than 28.5%

Prefabricated Components

Prefabricated components for gas purification or pure water equipment are specialized elements designed for the construction of facilities dedicated to gas purification or water treatment. These components are manufactured off-site and then assembled at the designated location, offering several benefits for such applications.

High Purity BPE Stainless Steel Tubing

BPE stands  for bioprocessing equipment developed by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). BPE establishes standards for the design of equipment used in bioprocessing, pharmaceutical and personal-care products, and other industries with strict hygienic requirements. It covers system design, materials, fabrication, inspections, cleaning and sanitization, testing, and certification.

S32750 Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing

Alloy 2507, with UNS number S32750, it is a two-phase alloy based on the iron-chromium-nickel system with a mixed structure of about equal proportions of austenite and ferrite. Due to the duplex phase balance, Alloy 2507 exhibits excellent resistance to general corrosion like that of austenitic stainless steels with similar alloying elements. Besides, it possesses higher tensile and yield strengths as well as significantly better chloride SCC resistance than its austenitic counterparts

Monel 400 Alloy (UNS N04400/ W.Nr. 2.4360 and 2.4361 )

Monel 400 alloy is a nickel copper alloy which has high strength over a wide temperature range up to 1000 F. It is regarded as being a ductile Nickel-Copper alloy with resistance to a wide variety of corrosive conditions.

SS904L AISI 904L Stainless Steel (UNS N08904)

UNS NO8904, commonly known as 904L, is a low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel which is widely used in applications where the corrosion properties of AISI 316L and AISI 317L are not adequate.  904L provides good chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance, pitting resistance, and general corrosion resistance superior to 316L and 317L molybdenum enhanced stainless steels.

INCOLOY 825 (UNS N08825 / NS142)

Alloy 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy also defined by additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. It was developed to provide exceptional resistance to numerous corrosive environments, both oxidizing and reducing.

INCONEL 600 (UNS N06600 /W.Nr. 2.4816 )

INCONEL alloy 600 (UNS N06600) A nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance at higher temperatures. With good resistance in carburizing and chloride containing environments. With good resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking corrosion by high-purity water, and caustic corrosion. Alloy 600 also has excellent mechanical properties and has a desirable combination of high strength and good workability. Used for furnace components, in chemical and food

INCONEL 625 (UNS N06625 / W.Nr.2.4856)

Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium. The addition of molybdenum acts with the niobium to stiffen the alloy matrix, providing a high strength without a strengthening heat treatment. The alloy resists a wide range of corrosive environments and has a good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 625 is used in chemical processing, aerospace and marine engineering oil & gas, pollution control

MP(Mechanical Polishing) Stainless Seamless Pipe

MP (Mechanical polishing): is commonly used for the oxidation layer, holes, and scratches on the surface of steel pipes. Its brightness and effect depend on the type of processing method. In addition, mechanical polishing, although beautiful, can also reduce corrosion resistance. Therefore, when used in corrosive environments, passivation treatment is required. Moreover, there are often polishing material residues on the surface of steel pipes.
