NSF designs and man ufactures a unique range of storage / non-storage calorifiers, indirect cylinder and buffer vessels, suitable for both vented and unvented applications.
Industrial Bulk Hot Water Systems
NFS “S” Series Storage Water Heaters are designed to provide large quantities of hot water, for use in hotels, hospitals, hostels, apartment blocks as well as large domestic applications.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:
- Manufactured in accordance with ASME VIII Code of Practice, from mild steel, or stainless steel on request.
- Certification of vessels by an Independent Test Authority is also available on request.
- All mild steel vessels are offered standard with a Sigmarite internal protective lining or with Phenoline 1205 as a protective lining for aggressive water areas. Galvanised vessels are also manufactured on request.
- Water heaters are insulated with 50mm thick IW12 fibre wool, and are clad with 0.6mm galvanised sheet metal.
- Both Stainless steel or Aluminum cladding are also available on request.
- The water heaters are supplied standard with Incoloy immersion elements.
- Dual thermostats with Control and Over temperature features are fitted where required.
- Control Panels with IP54 protection enclosures as standard, are fitted and wired to the elements, or are available as a wall mounted option.
- All units fitted with an over temperature/over pressure (TP) valve.
- All vessels are manufactured as standard for 600kPa pressure, with higher or lower pressures available on request.
Industrial In-Line Water Heaters
NFS “S” Series Storage Water Heaters are designed for use in a variety of different applications, such as:
• the heating source for large storage vessels (HT “S” Series Water Heaters)
• for direct water heating where no storage vessel is utilised.
• for heating liquids other than water (food, chemical factories, etc…)

Duplex. Stainless Steel, SS 316L, Titanium, Solid Copper. Copper Lined. Food Grade, Epoxy Grade Coating
